Don’t Stress, But Plan

I know how it is this time of year.  There are parties to go to, great food to eat, and lack of sleep.  Rather than beat yourself up over it, take some quiet time by yourself and look over this past year.

Did you achieve your weight loss and fitness goals?

If so, great.  You are on the right track.

If not, what obstacles got in your way.  More importantly how can you conquer those and really get the results you desire.

During this time of year there is a lot of hype of joining new gyms, buying equipment…and many other products or supplements that promise a “new you”.

Let me let you in on a secret.  Nothing outside of you will bring you results. Not your spouse, not the new treadmill, not writing down and repeating affirmations.

For 2008 dig deep down inside yourself.  You can achieve the results you desire and deserve.  I will be here to help!
