You’ve seen the marketing hype…”8 Secrets to Losing Belly Fat”, etc.. That word “secrets” according to marketers is an eye grabber. But are there really any secrets to losing fat?
I’d say yes, and no. Yes in that there are certain ways to eat, and certain ways to train which will produce the results you are hoping for. The “no” part is that there are no “secret shortcuts”.
The secret is to get your butt moving, train hard, eat clean, and sleep enough.
