Don’t Waste Your Time Going To A Gym

My fourteen year old daughter thinks it’s fun to put on her iPod and walk on the treadmill at our local “big box” gym. If her homework isn’t too bad, she unlike us, has the luxury of just walking along. I’m sure that you are like me…and we don’t have time for that.

Back to her gym…I decided to get a membership for the month so I could get her started with a training plan. I actually haven’t worked out at a gym in over 5 years. I train at home with minimal equipment. After spending about 10 minutes at the gym with her, I realized just how much I can’t stand gyms.

A combination of “loud mouths” and people just hanging out…drive me nuts. I see a lot of unfit people wasting time.

If you are like most of my clients who are busy moms, working out from home is THE way to go. I guarantee that if you spend 15 minutes of focused training per day, you will see results. That’s really all it takes. -S. Cooper
