Back from a busy weekend. Now, we’re on to today’s Free Fat-Burning workout:
* Equipment needed: dumbbell or kettlebell, towel or exercise mat
Each exercise is done for 20 seconds, then
Rest 10 seconds…
and on to the next exercise for 20 seconds, rest 10.
This is repeated through the entire list till all 8 exercises are completed.
This is considered 1 “round”.
* Beginners: 1 round, and mountain climbers may be done with hands on wall
More advanced: 2-3 rounds, mountain climbers in push-up position.
1 Mountain Climber
2 Back Extension or Supermans
3 Mountain Climber
4 Dumbbell or Kettlebell Swing
5 Mountain Climber
6 Double Crunch (elbows to knees)
7 Mountain Climber
8 Dumbbell or Kettlebell Swing
