I will assume that you are here to learn how to burn fat, right? Years ago, trainers would recommend doing 20 minutes or so of cardio, and then workout. My experience has shown me that a short, workout-focused warm-up, then training works best for fat loss.
Concentrate on your weight training workouts.
When you need to do cardio, I suggest that you do it after your weight training, or on a separate day. And when you do cardio, I suggest sprints of 30 seconds with 60 – 90 seconds of rest…possibly 6-12 sets.
