Squats for toning and strength

Squats are another great cardio workout for busy women, especially when combined with the other recommended exercises in our 15 minute workout. Squats are one of the best exercises for your butt, thighs, and hips – in addition to toning benefits, squats are a great strength builder that helps with all daily activities.
