Eat More And Weigh Less

I’m a big fan of Dr. John Berardi and his work. Lately he has been talking about something he calls “G-Flux”. Basically what he says that to reduce the body fat and increase lean muscle tissue you should be eating more nutritious foods, plus exercising more.
I know what you are thinking…but listen closely. The key is to eat a larger quantity of highly nutritious foods. This means such foods as lean meats, fish, broccoli, cauliflower, greens, and fruits. When you combine this with more exercise your body will almost “build itself” into the lean machine that you desire.
A book of his that I actually buy for all of my one-on-one clients is called The Metabolism Advantage. I highly recommend that you get this book too. He lays out in very easy to understand terms of just how and when you should eat.
