What Should I Eat For Breakfast?

I’m often asked what to eat for breakfast. Here’s a general list of the most common foods:
Protein from organic eggs, whey protein powder shakes, nuts.
Low Glycemic whole grains.
Raw fruit
Home made muffins packed with nutrients.
As I wrote the post though I got to thinking why do I “choose” to eat healthy…and why do I “choose” to work out. It’s because of this:
I choose to live a healthy life so I can spend quality time with my family. What is your reason to choose a healthy lifestyle?
Here is a video from chef Bethenny Frankel creating a quick healthy breakfast using brown rice and other healthy ingredients:

I use Whey protein a lot before and after my bodybuilding routines. Whey helps a lot in building muscles.;.`
Good site. I continually work out hard at least 3 times a week and after a demanding session your body wants the best quality protein to repair you for your next workout. I at all times go for lean protein as the best muscle building food, mostly chicken, turkey in addition to fish. I in addition have scrambled egg whites for breakfast.I in general combine these meals with a complex carb as well as vegetables as well. I keep away from protein shakes because I perceive them as a waste of money, the body is intended to digest foods and drinks lack the thermic affect of foods.
Hi, interesting article. Nothing like a good protein shake! For me personally, on top of drinking healthy shakes rather than cheating, I’ve discovered the one true solution to kill those nagging handles is by simply get my whole body fat to less than 9%. I have generally been a fan of a Paleolithic regimen. It is much more natural and how Mother Nature intended for us to eat. Check it out sometime and drop me an email with what you think. Anyway, cool blog – I’m subscribed to your feed now so thanks again!
Thanks. I am always looking for ways to better grow or better prepare the food from my garden. Eating healthier has really helped me keep my waistline in check.
Why is it that I can’t really commit to making this weight loss a reality. I have read so much information that my brain needs to go on a diet. What I sincerely need is some motivation which I feel is critical for anyone who is attempting to lse weight.
