One of our recommended tools for busy moms is the medicine ball. Here is a video from Walnut Women’s Fitness Bootcamp.

Eric demonstrates 3 basic medicine ball exercises to really work out your core. A couple of tips:

The ideal ball weight determined by the pros at the camp is between 6 and 8 pounds.

The bounce of the ball is important for your wall workouts. Enjoy the exercises.
