Two Big “Bang For Your Buck” Exercises When You Don’t Have The Time To Exercise

I admit it. I’ve spent a lot of time on the computer, and not so much time exercising. So here’s a workout for you and I both. It’s a time saving workout that you can do right at work or from home…plus you’ll only need 10 minutes or so to complete it. Complete the exercises as fast as you can.

1. Body weight squats
2. Push-ups

You’ll do 20 repetitions of squats, and 1 push up
then 19 squats, and 2 push up
on down 18/3, 17/4, 16/5, 16/6

then switch to:

16 push ups and 5 squats
15/6, 16/5, 17/4, 18/3, 19/2, and finish with 20/1

Modify the exercises as necessary and according to your fitness level. Let us know how it goes for you.
