Which Type of Exercise Burns Fat Faster?

Many years ago I would have told you that you should do 30-45 minutes of slow paced cardio. I guess it worked but it was soooo boring, and it wasted a lot of time.

My advice today. Work out as intensely as you can, lift weights, or do body weight exercises, and finish your workout session in 30 minutes or less.
