Workout Monday

Back from a busy weekend. Now, we’re on to today’s Free Fat-Burning workout:
* Equipment needed: dumbbell or kettlebell, towel or exercise mat
Each exercise is done for 20 seconds, then
Rest 10 seconds…
and on to the next exercise for 20 seconds, rest 10.
This is repeated through the entire list till all 8 exercises are completed.
This is considered 1 “round”.
* Beginners: 1 round, and mountain climbers may be done with hands on wall
More advanced: 2-3 rounds, mountain climbers in push-up position.
1 Mountain Climber
2 Back Extension or Supermans
3 Mountain Climber
4 Dumbbell or Kettlebell Swing
5 Mountain Climber
6 Double Crunch (elbows to knees)
7 Mountain Climber
8 Dumbbell or Kettlebell Swing

Running in the morning is alright,as long as you do proper stretching.Stretch before and following swimming.At first do not do difficult swimming exercises.Start at first by working with a kick board and work about the various kicks,you may use fins too.Then begin by understanding the correct techniques for the various designs.Just the basics.You don’t have to swim fast to losses weight and get into form,just being within the drinking water makes you lose fat really.You shed fat when you battle the water to stand directly or maintain afloat.You don’t require to swim for several hours to obtain into shape,maybe and hour or 30 minutes a day is going to be great.And remember to keep it simple at first,only several laps.
